Spring Challenge 2016 Day 12- Fruit Kvass

1 lg mason jar

Apples

Ginger

Lemon

1 tbsp unpasturized honey

Filtered water

Fill mason jar 1/4 full with chopped apple, ginger and lemon. Add honey and fill to the top with filtered water. Cover with cheesecloth and let sit at room temperature for 2-3 days. Stir 1-2 times a day. Refrigerate for up to a week.

apple, raisins, cinnamon
lemon, dried apricots, ginger
mango, chai spices
beet, apple, lemon balm
nectarine, camomile
blackberry, peaches, vanilla bean
dried prunes, lemon, ginger
