Spring Challenge 2016 Day 17- Banana Punch

Having just recently been down to the Caribbean I was reminded of this simple tasty treat!


Banana Punch

4 ripe bananas

11/2 cups water

1/2 cup soy milk

1/4 tsp nutmeg

honey or rice syrup to taste

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. Chill before serving
