Spring Challenge 2016 Day 18-Ume Sho Kuzu

This is a feel good drink for everything! 

Ume Sho Kuzu – By Aveline Kushi

1 tsp  kuzu

1 cup  cold water

1/2-1 piece umeboshi plum ,diced

Few drops shoyu

Dilute and melt 1 teaspoon of kuzu with2-3 teaspoons of cold water.Add 1 cup of water to diluted kuzu.Bring to a boil stirring constantly to avoid lumping, until the liquid becomes translucent. Reduce the flame. Add pulp of umeboshi plum.  Add shoyu and gently stir. Simmer a few minutes.
