Spring Challenge Day 30- Fiddleheads

Oh Yah! This time of year Fiddleheads are all over the maritimes. They can be cooked in many different ways. Today I decided to boil them for 8-10 min and serve with a little olive oil , sea salt and lemon juice. Another popular way in the maritimes is to serve them with white vinegar.Make sure to wash thease really well and remove the brown skins.
