Spring Cooking Challenge 2016 Day- 28 Apple Mint

A little mint or mint tea.. some organic apple juice or apple cider…. oh yah!

Great for hot summer days!

1 peppermint tea bag

2 cups of water

2 cups apple juice

a lemon wedge

 

Steep peppermint tea in 2 cups of boiling water until water cools. Remove tea bag and mix with apple juice. Pour over ice with a wedge of lemon . Enjoy!
