Green Tiger Heirloom Tomatoes grown by Heart Beet Organics
They recently had a tomato festival and these little guys won first in peoples choice. I can see why. They are firm with a unique flavour. I have been putting them on everything! Sliced thin on toast, drizzled with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and parsley. Seriously I am so addicted. Sadly what you see in this picture is the last of them for this season. I will be first in line next year and happy to say I am no longer a tomato hater!
