Spring Challenge Day 11- Garlic Rapini

MacroMom-“Hey A.O, What is your favorite way to cook greens?”

A.O-“I like plain old sauteed with garlic, salt and pepper. Any sort of green. Could be spinach, beet greens, swiss chard. whatever.”


Here you go A.O…

Garlic Rapini

2-3 cloves garlic, minced

1 Large bunch rapini, washed and sliced thin

1 Tablespoon olive oil

Sea salt


Heat a large frying pan. When hot add the oil and the garlic, stir. Add a pinch of salt and the greens. Stir for 3-5 minutes until the greens are a bright green.

– Sooo yummy. Will save a container of these for A.O
