Spring Challenge Day 4- Miso Soup With Tahini



Miso Soup With Tahini

1/2 onion, diced

2 Tsp tahini

1 Tsp minced fresh ginger root

2 Cups filtered water

2 tsp miso, dissolved in a little hot broth

1 Inch piece of kombu


In a small pot bring water, onions,ginger and kombu to a boil. Turn down the heat and let simmer  for 5 minutes. Add miso and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in the tahini and serve.


-This is great to drink out of a mug
