” This drink is great for menstrual cramps because it helps relax the liver meridian, which runs through your uterus and overies. Sounds crazy? Try it. It wont be quite like taking a pill, but you’ll find that it helps relax that whole area of your body. The smell this drink makes when it’s cooking is a little strong, but the taste is fine.” – The Milf Diet by Jessica porter

1/2 cup grated (into a pulp) daikon

1/2 cup spring water

1-2 drops shoyu

Bring the daikon and water to a boil. Add the shoyu. Simmer for a couple of minutes, so the daikon loses its pungency. Drink/eat when the temperature is right for you.
