Kale With Ume And Seeds 

1 Large bunch of  kale, washed

1Teaspoon umeboshi vinegar

1 Tablespoon sesame, pumpkin or sunflower seeds


Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place a few  whole kale leaves in the water and boil for 2 min or until they turn bright green. Lift them from the pot and set aside. After all the kale has been cooked, slice thin and place in a big bowl. Toss with the umeboshi vinegar and seeds. Can also add a small amount od sesame oil if desired.

– This is my go to greens dish and can be done with any green even carrot tops or parsley! YUM If you can not come across Umeboshi vinegar then I would use lemon juice and sea salt instead.
