Lemon Garlic Sesame Kale
This recipe is from my friend Lori. Her family and now my family LOVE it.

“Yes! First I steam the kale for just a few minutes then I add it to a pan that has a little sesame oil a few cloves of grated fresh garlic and a squeeze of half a fresh lemon. Ta da.
P.S Lori also makes the best perogies! You can find her booth at the charlottetown farmers market! My favorites are the spelt kasha ones.
